Workplace isa place for people to work; somehow, there are some issues that may happened inworkplace as now people they need to improve their working life. One of theissues that I concern is based on the issue of “Social Issue”. In this issue, Ithink that workplace in this case have declining interest from the workers. Normally,  the socialissues happened in the workplace are always relate to the relationship problemof employees such as differing values, opposing interest, personality conflictand poor communication. Other issues will be environment issue. From thesepoints, I had proposed some carefully programmed collaborative venuesthroughout the space support private and project team work. Team project area,research area, meeting room, and waiting area were revisited to ensure theycomply with the new use of the space. Adding up with technology likecomputerizes as well as popular Apple products; to improve the social ofemployees. So the result is the technology working enhances the communicationand collaboration. However, used too much of technology will cause the badeffects. It will cause workers lack of face to face communication. So that, inthis proposal, I had come out with an idea which is “Connecting Walkway” toencourage people communicate. The“Connecting Walkways” efficiently open up access to all office areas withoutthe need to cross through other departments. It enables a maximum ofinteraction and allows open areas of communication to emerge. In addition, Ihad used the transparency materials to represent the justices and fairness, soeveryone in the office shouldn’t be a gap on friendship. Finally, lends to thespaces a double relationship to the landscape – both the outer surroundings andto the communicative landscape of the walkway.
